Yes. While our office is in Perth, we work with clients across Australia including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and regional areas. Our processes are designed for remote collaboration, and we use video calls and digital project management tools to stay aligned with clients regardless of location.

Our Starter and Pro plans have a minimum engagement period of three months. This allows sufficient time to develop, execute, and begin measuring the impact of a marketing strategy. Agency plans have custom engagement terms based on the scope of work.

Timelines vary depending on the service and starting point. Social media management typically shows engagement improvements within four to six weeks. Performance marketing campaigns can generate leads within the first month. Brand awareness and organic growth are longer-term outcomes that build progressively over three to six months.

Yes. For performance marketing campaigns, we manage the advertising spend on your behalf. Ad budgets are billed separately at cost and are not included in our service fees. You retain full ownership and access to all advertising accounts at all times.

Reporting frequency depends on your plan. Starter plans receive monthly reports, Pro plans receive fortnightly reports, and Agency plans receive weekly reports with strategy calls. Reports cover key metrics including reach, engagement, conversions, and return on investment. We also provide access to custom dashboards where available.

Absolutely. All content goes through an approval process before publication. We share content calendars in advance, and you have the opportunity to review, request changes, or approve each piece of content. We aim to make the approval process as straightforward as possible.

After the minimum engagement period, you may cancel your plan by providing 30 days written notice. You will be billed for services rendered up to the cancellation date. All completed content and assets remain your property, and we will assist with a smooth transition.
